King Sturge's industrial team has been bouncing with joy after it let 43,000 sq ft at Cyclone on Erdington Industrial Park in Birmingham.

The space was let to national retail operator Time It Retail Ltd, trading as Gimmie Erdington Industrial Park is a well established production/distribution development just one mile from junction 5 of the M6 and owned by commercial property company, Canmoor and Invista Real Estate. Canmoor is developer based in the West End of London and has joint ventures throughout the UK totalling pounds 250 million. Cyclone director Rob Large said: "This is the first significant letting since the recent refurbishment of two units within Cyclone and proves that with the right product in a strong location there are still deals to be had."

New tenant Gimmie Gizzmo sells small pocket money toys, gadgets and magic toys and is normally located in shopping centres.

Andy Hall from King Sturge industrial team added "Cyclone's position at the hub of the motorway network provides key central access across the UK for Gimme Gizzmo."
