Kids set for arts festival in town.
Budding entrepreneurs from six schools, plus businesses that focus on child-related products, will man stalls offering hand-made crafts, food and other items in a street market on Thursday from 10am-5.30pm.
There'll be entertainment all day at the event, organised by Redcar and Cleveland Council, with the highlight being a mass samba band at 2pm, directed by Eston Education Action Zone samba teacher, percussionist Richard Brown.
Redcar and Cleveland Mayor, Councillor Brian Briggs, will open the day at 10am, along with performances by Skelton Primary School and St Margaret's Clitherow RC Primary School, South Bank.
Then from 10.15am schools take part in workshops and at noon there's a performance by X Factor finalists Pure Elements, samba and music from the Funk Regulators..
