Kicking it up a notch.
No folks, it ain't gonna happen. In fact, it's safe to say that one Mr. Donald John Trump will turn over a new leaf and delete his Twitter account before Mr. AI Baldasaro--nominee for the title of Wackiest Rep In the NH House--learns to count to 10 before his mouth opens or his finger hits 'send'.
AB, it turns out, recently started trading tweets with CNN journo Jake Tapper over the proclamation the Londonderry GOPer issued during the '16 campaign--the one saying Hillary Clinton "should be put in the firing line and shot for treason."
That was pretty much unadulterated, unfiltered AB--actually it so unfiltered that he ended up being investigated by the Secret Service, for obvious reasons.
In this latest go-round, after JT asked AB if he had actually said the "firing line" comment, AB replied: "I stand by my opinion," meaning he still thinks HC should be executed for treason.
So much for second thoughts.
But another interesting thing occurred: AB actually went so far as to try to shame Tapper, who AB said should have "supported a Veteran having an opinion."
That last statement is interesting, actually, because it shines a light on AB's 1st Amendment philosophy, which apparently reserves 1st Amendment protections to veterans like himself and people who hold the same opinions as himself.
