Khamenei aide: Lebanon, Iraq, Palestine are Iran's front line.

A senior official in the elite Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hojjatoleslam Ali Saeedi srd that supporting resistance factions in Lebanon, Palestine and Iraq is essential, and that this is "Iran's front line against its enemies," reported Lebanese daily AL MUSTAQBAL Thursday. The official Fars news agency reported that Saeedi, a representative of the Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, said that these countries protect the front lines of the "global Islamic Revolution." He said that since Iran has become more involved on the international scene, it is being attacked with greater frequency. Fars added that Khamenei gave a speech in July in which he stressed unity as playing a key role in Muslim prosperity worldwide.
