Kerem Shalom will be open today.

Gaza, March. 2 (BNA) The Kerem Shalom and the Karni crossing will be partly open for the delivery of goods to Gaza on Monday, Palestinian liaison official Raed Fattouh said. Approximately 93 to 103 truckloads of aid and commercial goods including 2 trucks of A4 paper for the telecommunications company PalTel will enter at the southern crossing at Kerem Shalom. Also in the south, two truckloads of cut carnations will be exported under a Dutch government program that has already begun to wrap up, as the strawberry season came to an end last week. Carnation exports are expected to continue until mid-march. Fattouh added that limited quantities of domestic gas and industrial diesel will also enter the Strip at the crossing. At Karni in the north, 110 truckloads of wheat and animal feed will pass into the Strip via the bulk goods crossing, which has opened on Tuesdays and Thursdays for the pas three weeks.
