CLINTON -- A graveside service for Kenneth J. Olson, 82, of Martin Street, who died Sunday, Feb. 1, will be held Saturday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at Forestvale Cemetery, Hudson.
He was born in Natick, the son of the late Charles and Marie (MacDonald) Olson, and he grew up in Hudson.
Mr. Olson is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dolores Beham Olson; his son, Eric Paul; his brother-in-law, Richard Pape; his dog, Ally; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded by his brother, Jack; and his sisters, Joy Amoury and Pam Pape.
Mr. Olson graduated from Hudson High School and Boston University. He served in the Air Force as a medic in Korea.
He worked for over 25 years as a hospital administrator for the Archdiocese of Brooklyn and Queens, N.Y., and retired from Grassland Hospital, County of Westchester, N.Y.
He returned to Hudson and went into the printing business and, later, was a limo driver.
He and his wife, Dolores, traveled cross country. He coached Hudson youth baseball and hockey. He loved music, sports and reading anything and everything on the Civil War.
