Kennedy clan on the old sod.

THE Kennedy dynasty was back on Irish soil this weekend for an open air wedding - amid tight security. Caroline Kennedy Schlossberg, above, daughter of the late president John F F Kennedy, left, and her family attended an open air wedding in the tiny fishing harbour of Kilmackillogue, Co Kerry.

Elaine Kennelly and Alonzo Church Addison tied the knot on the waterfront overlooking the Beara Peninsula. But the public were kept away from the 80 guests and bridal party, while reporters who tried to enter the picnic area were told: "You should leave."

Caroline Kennedy's daughters Tatiana and Rose read prayers at the blessing.
