Kemtile and Manor Bakeries in association for 20 years.

Kemtile have recently completed new drainage and flooring for the expansion of Manor Bakeries, Carlton, near Barnsley in South Yorkshire. It is part of a rationalization that moves a large part of the company's production to the Carlton site. Kemtile first worked on this site for Manor Bakeries over 20 years ago and have returned at regular intervals to install additional flooring areas.

The new installation includes 2500sqm of Ucrete UD200 laid on a polymer concrete screed with substantial amounts of stainless steel channels and drainage connections. There is also over 200sqm of Kagetec BS and GFK ceramic tiling using Bonaire hexagons with the R12 slip resistant surface. Kemtile completed the installation behind hygienic screens to protect the continuous working environment in adjacent areas.
