Keith: I'll give my daughters both a straw to snort my ashes.
Byline: HANNAH HOPE
ROLLING Stone legend Keith Richards is happy for his daughters to snort his ashes after he dies - just as he did his dad's.
The 71-year-old guitarist, a former heroin and cocaine user, said: "I'll give them a straw."
How his daughters with wife Patti Hansen, 59 - Theodora, 30, and Alexandra, 28 - feel about the odd ritual is unclear.
But the guitarist stunned the world in 2007 when he confessed to inhaling a cocktail of his late dad Bert's ashes and cocaine. He said: "The strangest thing I've tried to snort? My father. I snorted my father. I couldn't resist grinding him up with a little bit of blow."
Keith insisted Bert, who died at 84, would not have minded.
He later denied the admission but clarified the story in 2010, saying: "I opened dad's ashes, and some blew over the table. I asked, should I desecrate them with a broom? d some blew II m ?e dp r.
"So I wet me finger and I shoved a bit of me dad up me f****** 'ooter. I'm sure he's still blessing me. The rest I put round a tree."
Keith, who quit taking cocaine in 2006 when he fell out of a palm tree in Fiji, also has no regrets about taking heroin.
He told GQ magazine: "I can't say regret comes into it at all.
Regret is w "Regret is when I ran out.
"I loved hanging out with junkies; very interesting, discerning drug takers."
He added: "I do miss amphetamines.
