Keep up your jab to win the fight with flu.
DOCTORS are warning the most vulnerable people in North Wales to get their free flu jab this winter.
The jab is most effective if received this month as it gives the body time to prepare itself before the peak influenza onslaught in November and December.
Sandra Robinson-Clark, 48, is Assistant Head of Nursing at Ysbyty Gwynedd also has type 1 diabetes.
She said: "I started having the seasonal flu jab after becoming seriously ill with flu in 1995, which led to severe bronchitis.
"After that experience I vowed I would have the jab every year and have done so for around 21 years, during which time I''ve rarely suffered with colds or viruses." ? More information from NHS Direct Wales on 0845 46 47.
