Keane Care recently introduced an eCharting solution that offers LTC facilities a safer, more efficient approach to order administration. eCharting replaces error-prone manual processes used to administer medication and treatments with a streamlined, automated method to document care. eCharting includes both electronic medication administration records (eMAR) and treatment administration records (eTAR) and is an integrated component of the Keane NetSolutions browser-based clinical and financial software system.

Product Lines/Products and Services

Our product line includes two complete integrated software systems: browser-based Keane NetSolutions and Windows-based VistaKEANE. We offer providers maximum choice in building a system to meet providers' software needs, as well as preferences for networking and hosting.

To save time and money, our powerful billing system automates rebill, retroactive changes, coordination of benefits, and electronic payment. Our accounting applications, including AP, GL, and Payroll, provide the tools to manage facilities' financial condition.

Providers rely on our clinical software to reduce paperwork and turn data into valuable information: MDS, Care Plan, Physician Orders, Progress Notes, User-Defined Assessments, Therapy, and more. Our Keane NetSolutions system offers eCharting, including eMAR/eTAR for increased safety through point-of-care charting.

Take your system to the next level with Keane Analytics for dashboards, workflow alerts, and data mining. We also offer an interface to the MDS from CareTracker and its wall-mounted touch-screen devices.

Customer Service

We pride ourselves on our customer service--75 professionals with backgrounds including nursing, billing, accounting, medical records, and computer technology provide the highest quality service to our clients. From our five regional service offices nationwide we offer ongoing one-on-one assistance. We understand the importance of a great start and ensure successful training sessions with on-site installation and training following time-tested programs.

Additional educational opportunities exist at the annual Client Conference--a forum for clients to meet with peers from across the country and expand upon expertise using Keane Care systems. An active Users' Group helps direct development projects and contributes suggestions on how Keane Care can continue to maintain superior service and products.
