Kay Pool has announced the formation of Pool, Heller and Milne, Inc., a consulting service specializing in international marketing and support of databases and information products for online and inhouse use. The staff of chemists and chemical information experts will support design, development, implementation, documentation, and marketing of chemical databases and chemical information systems.

Ms. Pool has worked in the online information industry for the past fourteen years. During the past five-and-one-half years, she has held various positions with Maxwell Companies, most recently as Vice President, Business Development, Maxwell Online, Inc., and previously as Vice President, Marketing for the Orbit Search Service, now a division of Maxwell Online, Inc.
