* BeautyFirst leased a 3,000s/f store at South Gate Market in Chicago, IL.

* Mattress Firm leased a 4,240 s/f store at Kedron Village in Peachtree City, GA and a 4,208 s/f store at Rivergate Shopping Center in Charlotte, NC.

* Wild Oats leased a 32,000 s/f store at Pembroke Gardens in Pembroke Pines, FL.
