Katahdin Bankshares Corp (OTCQX:KTHN) disclosed on Thursday that Marianna "Molly" Putnam Liddell and Keith P Bourgoin was elected to its board of directors.

Putnam Liddell is a partner at Pierce Atwood LLP, chair of Pierce Atwood's Trusts & Estates Practice Group and serves on the firm's Management Committee, is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counse, and is on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court's Probate and Trust Law Advisory Commission.

With over two decades experience as a CPA, Bourgoin is the managing partner for Haverlock Estey & Curran LLC. He is a member of the Maine Society of CPA's and the American Institute of CPA's.

Katahdin Bankshares is the parent of Katahdin Trust Company, a full-service community bank founded in 1918. It has nearly USD800m in assets and offers financial services from 16 full-service branches in northern Maine and the greater Bangor and Portland Regions with a suite of digital banking solutions.
