Karti Meets with African, Asian and Western Foreign Ministers and Deputy Foreign Ministers.

Addis Ababa, Jan. 24 (SUNA)- The Foreign Minister, Ali Karti, has described as unacceptable and rejected the attempts to push other parties in the talking about oil, neglecting the security aspects that were included in the agreements signed by Sudan and South Sudan State, referring to signals given by some western countries.

In a statement to SUNA after meetings he held Thursday with a number of Foreign, Asian and African Foreign Ministers and the Chairman of the UN Secretary General, on the sidelines of meetings of the Ministerial Council of the African Union, Karti said that he explained that Sudan and South Sudan agreed at the meeting between Presidents Al-Bashir and Salva Kiir that the implementation shall take place without putting new conditions.

Karti said that he conveyed to the officials who he met Sudan hope that the meeting between the two Presidents will help implementation of the agreed up agreements as well as abiding to the agreements which were signed by the two countries, especially that Sudan has felt retreat from the already signed agreements.

SUNA learned that Karti has met, separately, with the Norwegian Deputy Foreign Minister, the Chinese Foreign Minister, the Australian Deputy Foreign Minister, the South African Foreign Minister, Chad Foreign Minister, the Serbian Deputy Foreign Minister, the Indian Deputy Foreign Minister and President of the UN General Assembly.
