Kaempfer Company closes deal with C&W.

The Kaempfer Company, Investment Builders present a check for more than $2 million to Cushman & Wakefield representatives for commission on Howrey & Simon's lease at The Warner, located at 1299 Pennsylvania Avenue, NW. Howrey & Simon, one of Washington's largest litigation and regulatory law firms, signed for approximately 250,000 square feet at The Warner and has become the building's anchor tenant. Jay Franklin and Bob Schwartz of Cushman & Wakefield represented Howrey & Simon. The landlord was represented by Barnes, Morris, Pardoe & Foster. Kaempfer Company Senior Vice President of Marketing and Leasing Mitchell N. Schear (L), presents a check in the amount of $2,066,136, to Cushman & Wakefield's Jay Franklin (R), for commission on the Howrey & Simon lease at The Warner.
