 KUHLMAN DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND, ANNOUNCES ELECTION OF DIRECTORS
 LEXINGTON, Ky., April 28 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Kuhlman Corporation (NYSE: KUH) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of 15 cents per share, payable July 10, 1992, to shareholders of record June 11, 1992.
 The company also announced that at its annual meeting of shareholders held today, Donald O. Dulude and Frank W. Lee Jr. were re-elected to three-year terms on Kuhlman's board of directors.
 Kuhlman Corporation is a manufacturer of distribution, power and instrument transformers, and spring products.
