News Director Brad Remington was selected as one of this year's recipients of the Equal Housing Opportunity Council Open Door Award. The Open Door Award is given to those who have had a positive impact on housing in the St. Louis area.

Dan Gray will join the station as a general assignment reporter and co-anchor with Mandy Murphey. Dick Ford will continue co-anchoring news at 9 pm with Mandy Murphey. With anchor/reporter Tom O'Neal, Gray will also fill in for Ford at 9 p.m. when he's on vacation. From 1992 to 2003, Gray was an anchor/reporter for KSDK TV. He also has worked at KOVR-TV in Sacramento, California, KMOV-TV in St.Louis and KETV-TV in Omaha, Nebraska as an anchor/reporter.
