KRUG INTERNATIONAL RETAINS FINANCIAL PUBLIC RELATIONS FIRM

 DAYTON, Ohio, Feb. 16 /PRNewswire/ -- KRUG International (NASDAQ-NMS: KRUG) announced today that it has retained the financial public relations firm of Barry Kaplan Associates, Fair Haven, New Jersey. The firm has represented publicly-owned companies since 1983. Client companies have been listed on


NASDAQ, the New York and American Stock Exchanges and on foreign stock exchanges.
 Barry Kaplan, president of the firm, has over 25 years experience in the financial markets. He has spent the past 17 years serving as a financial public relations consultant. Prior to this, he was a securities analyst, stockbroker and vice president of a subsidiary of a publicly owned small business investment company. Mr. Kaplan has been a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts for 25 years. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree from New York University's School of Commerce.
 The corporation's goal is to develop strategic options for its three businesses and increase its exposure in the financial marketplace to gain a more active trading environment for its common share.
 Through its three businesses -- Aerospace in the U.S.; Leisure Marina and Housewares in the U.K. -- KRUG International provides government, industry and consumers with a variety of goods and services.
 For more than 30 years, the Aerospace business has been providing technical and professional services to NASA and the Department of Defense in life sciences research, laboratory operations, and biotechnology development. Included in Aerospace is Alpha Net, a network communications company that designs, installs and maintains local and wide area networks for data, voice and video communications with emphasis on fiber optics.
 In the U.K., KRUG International manufactures housewares and garden products and distributes leisure marine equipment.
