 HARRISBURG, Pa., Nov. 4 /PRNewswire/ -- Paul Krissel of Churchtown, Cumberland County, has been re-elected president of Local 668, Service Employees International Union (SEIU), AFL-CIO, the state's second largest public employee union.
 Bill Bacon of Harrisburg was re-elected secretary-treasurer of the union, also known as the Pennsylvania Social Services Union (PSSU), which represents 14,000 workers.
 They will assume office Jan. 1 for two-year terms as will the other officers for the union's eight chapters.
 Krissel has been Local 668 president since his election in 1987. He received a B.A. in psychology from the University of Pennsylvania, was a rehabilitation counselor with the Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation in Philadelphia and was a PSSU business agent.
 Krissel served two terms as Local 668 secretary-treasurer prior to his election to president in 1987. He is also a member of SEIU's Executive Board and serves on the Public Employee Division Board of SEIU.
 Krissel was also appointed by Gov. Robert P. Casey as a member of the State Health Policy Board.
 Bacon, whose hometown is Rochester, Pa., was first elected secretary-treasurer in August 1990. Prior to that he was a PSSU business agent and before that was a state employee with the Beaver County Assistance Office.
 Local 668 represents caseworkers and counselors in the Pennsylvania departments of Public Welfare, Labor and Industry, Corrections and other state agencies as well as employees in county government, private nursing homes and private sector human service agencies.
 The eight chapters of the PSSU also conducted election of officers. Following are the results:
