KPMG Peat Marwick retains Austin.

Austin Corporate Properties has been retained by the international accounting firm KPMG Peat Marwick to sublease 19,600 square feet of space at 11 Martine Avenue, White Plains, in the Westchester Financial Center.

The space encompasses the entire tenth floor of the building, which is considered one of the finest office buildings in downtown White Plains. Located adjacent to the Metro-North Station, the Financial Center includes among its tenants Barclay's Bank, Prudential Securities, Dean Witter Reynolds, Paine Webber and a number of major law firms.

The KPMG space is built out to a very high standard of finish, including extensive millwork, a glass-enclosed boardroom, library, PC computer room and kitchen/lunchroom.
