KP Govt. Orders installment of ACS at sensitive buildings.

PESHAWAR -- Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Pervez Khattak has directed the Home Department to install Access Control System at sensitive installations in Peshawar:

The decision to install Access Control System at the sensitive installations was taken on the recommendation of IGP KPK Nasir Khan Durrani and is in line with the provisions of recently promulgated Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sensitive & Vulnerable Establishments and Places (Security) Ordinance 2014. These sensitive installation include Supreme Court Building, High Court Building, Judicial Complex, Civil Secretariat, Peshawar Prison and Provincial Assembly Buildings

The system comprises of bio metric system and CCTV cameras, all integrated in a unified command and control system.
