 KODAK NAMES NEW GENERAL MANAGER
 FOR MOTION PICTURE AND TELEVISION IMAGING
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) announced today the appointment of Henri-Dominique Petit as general manager of its Motion Picture and Television Imaging business, effective Dec. 1.
 Petit replaces Joerg D. Agin, vice-president and general manager, Motion Picture and Television Imaging, who recently announced plans to retire.
 Petit is currently regional business general manager and vice- president of Motion Picture and Television Imaging in the Europe, African and Middle East region. He will relocate from the company's regional headquarters in London to Motion Picture and Television Imaging offices in Los Angeles, Calif.
 Petit joined Kodak's French subsidiary, Kodak Pathe, in 1975 in the manufacturing organization. He became manager of the company's photofinishing laboratory in Paris in 1980 and was appointed manager of Business Imaging Systems in 1985. Prior to his current position, he was Manager of the Photofinishing Division in France.
 A native of Baden-Baden, Germany, he is a graduate of Ecole Superieure de Physique et Chimie de Paris, in Paris, with a degree in engineering. He holds a post-graduate degree in nuclear physics from the University of Paris XI in Orsay, France.
 He is married and has three children.
