 KODAK LEADERS AWARD
 PROGRAM ANNOUNCED
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) today announced the Kodak Young Leaders Award Program, designed to recognize and support outstanding young leaders from secondary schools across America.
 Kay R. Whitmore, Kodak chairman, president, and chief executive said, "It is the hope that Kodak Young Leaders in high schools throughout the country will serve as role models for their classmates, thereby inspiring young people in their schools and communities."
 This spring, 2000 schools in the United States will be invited to participate.
 Each year, one sophomore exhibiting strong leadership skills and academic achi evement will be selected from each participating school as a Kodak Young Leader.
 During the student's senior year, the Kodak Young Leader will become eligible t o be considered for the Rochester Young Leaders Scholarship Program at the Unive rsity of Rochester. Young Leader Scholarship winners will receive awards based on financial need and will be invited to visit the University of Rochester for a special weekend program during their senior year in high school.
