KODAK COMPLETES SALE OF CENTER FOR CREATIVE IMAGING TO BRACE MANAGEMENT

 CAMDEN, Maine, April 21 /PRNewswire/-- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) and Brace Management Group of Camden announced today the completion of the sale of Kodak's Center for Creative Imaging to Brace.
 Closing date for the transaction was April 16. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
 Brace Management Group will continue to operate the high-technology education and training facility in the same Camden facility and will offer an extensive course selection. The Center, housed in a restored turn-of-the-century building on the Megunticook River, is a showcase for imaging technology, including hybrid electronic/silver halide products like Kodak's Photo CD system.
 Russell W. Brace, chief executive officer of Brace Management Group, said today that "the Center will continue to bring value to the imaging industry by offering a full range of imaging courses and extensive educational opportunities in photography and video."
 John J. Powers, Kodak vice-president and general manager, Marketing Operations, reiterated that the company "remains very supportive of the Center, and is delighted that Brace will carry on the Center's mission as first envisioned by Kodak."
