 WITH MOTHER'S DAY CAMERA GIVEAWAY
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Mothers of children born this coming Mother's Day will have an extra reason to celebrate. Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) today announced it is sponsoring a nationwide "Picture Perfect Mother's Day" promotion and will offer a free camera , with film, to all U.S. moms who have a child born on May 10, 1992.
 "May is National Photo Month, and with Mother's Day and graduations, it is a very popular month for taking family photos," said Peter M. Palermo, vice president a nd general manager of Consumer Imaging at Kodak.
 "George Eastman gave a camera to every child who turned twelve in 1930. We are not waiting until the child reaches age twelve with this promotion. We are giving p arents the opportunity to capture all the firsts of their child's life from the very beginning," Palermo continued.
 Kodak will send each new mom who mails in the required information to enter the giveaway a free Kodak Picture Perfect Mother's Day camera outfit, containing a Kodak Star 435 camera and a 24-exposure roll of Kodak Gold Plus 200 color film. The Kodak Star 435 camera outfit has a suggested retail value of $49.95.
 Moms who have a baby born on Mother's Day are eligible to participate by sending a notarized copy of their child's birth certificate to Kodak by July 31, 1992, along with their full name, address, daytime and nighttime phone numbers, typed or clearly printed on a piece of paper that is 3 x 5 inches or larger. They should mail this information, with a notarized copy of the newborn child's birth certificate, to: Kodak Picture Perfect Mother's Day, P.O. Box 7343, Young America, MN 55573-7343.
 Kodak will issue one free camera outfit per eligible household. All requests must be received no later than July 31, 1992. For more information, prospective mothers can call the Kodak Information Center, 1-800-242-2424, extension 46.
