TWO VICE PRESIDENTS
ROCHESTER, N.Y., Nov. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company's (NYSE: EK) board of directors today elected Henri-Dominique Petit and R. Hays Bell as corporate vice presidents.
Petit, 44, was named last month to succeed Joerg D. Agin as general manager of Kodak's Motion Picture and Television Imaging business, effective Dec. 1. Agin will retire on that date.
A native of Baden-Baden, Germany, Petit began his Kodak career in 1975 at Kodak Pathe in France. He currently heads the company's Motion Picture and Television Imaging business in the Europe, Africa and Middle East Region.
Bell, 50, is Kodak's director of Corporate Health, Safety and Environment. A native of Lamartine, Pa., Bell joined the company in 1982 after serving four years with the United States' Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) in the Department of Labor.
