KODAK BOARD ELECTS NEW PEOPLE TO KEY POSTS
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Feb. 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company's (NYSE: EK) board of directors today elected two vice-presidents, while the company named senior members of management to new posts in Finance and Legal.
 Gary P. Van Graafeiland has been elected a senior vice-president by the company's board of directors and has been named General Counsel, succeeding Cecil D. Quillen, senior vice-president and General Counsel, who has announced plans to retire, March 1.
 In addition to his new responsibilities, Van Graafeiland will continue as the company's secretary, a position he has occupied since January of 1990.
 C. Michael Hamilton, Treasurer, has been named director, Finance, for the Europe, African, and Middle Eastern Region of its $10 billion Imaging organization. The region is responsible for the largest part of the company's sales outside the United States.
 Hamilton will be succeeded as the company's Treasurer by David L. Vigren, who currently serves as the Kodak General Auditor.
 James W. Giggey, senior vice-president, Worldwide Business Support, Eastman Chemical Company, was also elected a vice-president of Eastman Kodak Company by its board of directors.
