KODAK BOARD ELECTS HAMILTON VICE PRESIDENT

 FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla., May 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company's (NYSE: EK) board of directors today elected C. Michael Hamilton as a vice president of the company, effective immediately.
 Hamilton was named Kodak's acting Chief Financial Officer last week, and he will become the company's general comptroller on Sept. 1, 1993, when Julian M. Gordon retires.
 Hamilton, 48, joined Kodak in 1970 as a staff economist in the statistical department. His many assignments have included responsibilities in the pricing and financial planning areas of the company, including several years in the comptroller's division. He served as Kodak's treasurer from January 1988 to February 1992, when he was named director of finance for the Imaging organization's Europe, African and Middle Eastern Region.
 Hamilton earned a BA degree in mathematics and economics and a PhD in economics from the University of Kansas. He is a native of St. Louis.
