 KODAK AND SIEMENS SIGN AGREEMENT:
 EVALUATE FUTURE ASSOCIATION IN INK-JET MARKET
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., March 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Building on an association started three years ago, Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) and Siemens Corporation today announced that they are evaluating the possibility of strengthening their business relationship in the area of ink-jet printers and materials.
 During this period of evaluation, Siemens and Kodak together will manage the operation of a joint venture that was previously managed by Siemens and Mannesmann Tally.
 Further details and terms of the interim agreement were not disclosed.
