 KODAK'S JOERG AGIN
 ANNOUNCES RETIREMENT
 ROCHESTER, N.Y., Oct. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Eastman Kodak Company (NYSE: EK) announced today that Joerg D. Agin, vice president and general manager, Motion Picture and Television Imaging, has announced plans to retire, effective Dec. 1.
 Agin joined Kodak in 1957 and spent most of his career working in Motion Picture and Television Imaging. He became general sales manager of the division in 1982 and, in 1984, was appointed manager of the newly formed Electronic Markets. In 1985, he was named general manager, Marketing, of Mass Memory Division and appointed a divisional vice president. He then joined a Kodak subsidiary, Verbatim Corporation, as a senior vice president and general manager. He returned to Motion Picture and Television Imaging in 1988 as assistant general manager and, later that year, was elected a vice president and became general manager of the division.
 Agin is a graduate of the University of Delaware with a BA in liberal arts and a BS in electrical engineering. He holds an MBA from Pepperdine University and attended the Senior Management School at MIT.
 Agin resides with his wife in Danville, Calif.
