KOALA COMPLETES INITIAL PUBLIC OFFERING

 ST. PAUL, Minn., Oct. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- An initial public offering of 700,000 common shares of Koala Corp. (NASDAQ-NMS: KARE) was priced at $6 per share through underwriters led by Cohig & Associates Inc.
 The company had expected the shares to be offered between $5.25 and $6 per share.
 Koala develops, designs, manufactures and markets infant and child protection products for use in commercial, institutional and recreational settings. The company maintains dominant market share in its primary product, the Koala Bear Kare(TM) Baby Changing Station, which was introduced in 1987. Koala's customers include numerous McDonald's, Burger King and Pizza Hut franchisees, Target Stores, The Mayo Clinic, Walt Disney World and others.
