The gas processing system at Mina Al Ahmadi consists of three LPG trains, each with a throughput capacity of 560 million cubic feet per day (mcfd). As of early March 2009, the Mina Al Ahmadi Fourth Train project is ongoing and has successfully completed 65 per cent of the project. The project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2010. Project scope The project involves the construction of a gas train with nameplate processing capacity of 805 mcfd of gas, and 106,000 barrels a day of condensates. Project structure KNPC is the project client, which is one of the largest oil complexes in the world, housing oil refineries in Mina Abdulla, Mina Ahmadi and Shuaiba.
