KINTZINGER ELECTED TREASURER OF NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF BOND LAWYERS
 MINNEAPOLIS, Sept. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Association of Bond Lawyers has elected Briggs and Morgan attorney Andrew R. Kintzinger as treasurer and member of its board of directors. Kintzinger was first elected a director of the association in 1990 and most recently served as secretary of the association from 1991 to 1992.
 Kintzinger served as chairman of the association's Committee on Education from 1989 to 1990 and as adviser to the committee during the 1990-91 year. He has frequently served as a panelist on disclosure at the association's Washington Seminar and its Bond Attorneys' Workshop, has participated in the association's SEC Seminar and serves as a faculty member at its Fundamentals Seminar. He has also spoken at meetings of the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies and at national seminars on the low income housing tax credit.
 Kintzinger, a shareholder at Briggs and Morgan, practices in the areas of public finance and municipal securities law, representing governmental issuers in connection with the issuance of multifamily housing bonds, 501(c)(3) bonds and other private activity bonds. He received his law degree in 1981 from the University of Iowa College of Law.
 Briggs and Morgan provides a broad range of legal services to business, individual and governmental clients. Founded more than a century ago, the firm has 148 lawyers and maintains offices in Minneapolis and St. Paul, Minn.
