 DALLAS, Jan. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- To continue to strengthen its international and domestic businesses, Kimberly-Clark Corporation (NYSE: KMB) today announced several major organizational changes.
 Paul S. Geisler, 52, formerly group president - Feminine and Adult Care, has been elected to the newly created position of president - Asia, with responsibility for operations in Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and the Philippines and for licensees throughout Asia. Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 1982, Mr. Geisler has held various marketing and management positions in the company's consumer products businesses. In his new assignment, he will report to James T. McCauley, executive vice president, and will relocate from Neenah, Wis., to Bangkok, Thailand.
 He will be succeeded by Kathi P. Seifert, 44, formerly president - Feminine Care Sector, who is elected group president - Feminine and Adult Care. In her new position, Ms. Seifert is responsible for the company's feminine and adult care businesses in the U.S. and Canada. Since joining Kimberly-Clark in 1978, Ms. Seifert has held various marketing and management positions in the company's household products and feminine care businesses. She will continue to be located in Neenah and will report to Wayne R. Sanders, chairman of the board and chief executive officer.
 With Ms. Seifert's promotion, Thomas E. Wilson, 41, business manager - Wet Wipes and New Infant Care Products, becomes president - Feminine Care Sector. Mr. Wilson, who joined Kimberly-Clark in 1982, will continue to be located in Neenah and will report to Ms. Seifert.
 In addition, Dennis C. Quinn, formerly vice president - Southeast Asia, is appointed vice president - Research and Engineering, Household Products. He will relocate from Bangkok to Neenah and will report to Richard C. Van Driest, president - Household Products Sector.
 Kimberly-Clark is a manufacturer of household, personal care and health care products, as well as newsprint and premium business, correspondence and specialty papers. Its well known consumer products include Huggies diapers, Huggies Pull-Ups training pants, Huggies baby wipes, Kleenex facial tissue, Kleenex premium bathroom tissue, Kotex and New Freedom feminine care products, Hi-Dri household towels and Depend incontinence products.
 The company currently has production facilities in 19 states and 22 countries outside the U.S.
