KIILBANE RETIRES, REPLACED BY GROSS AT FORD PLANT

 WALTON HILLS, Ohio, Aug. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Richard W. Gross, age 46, has been appointed employee relations manager of Ford Motor Company's (NYSE: F) Walton Hills Stamping Plant.
 He replaces Martin Kilbane, who retired recently after 30 years of service with Ford, including 3+ at the plant.
 Gross previously was employee relations manager at Ford's Markham (Ontario) Electronics Plant for two years.
 A native of Cleveland, Gross served as a sergeant in the U.S. Marine Corps, then received a B.A. Degree in Political Science from Cleveland State University, shortly after joining Ford in 1972 as a clerk in the Civic and Governmental Affairs Office.
 He held a number of labor relations positions at the Cleveland Casting Plant in Brook Park from 1973 to 1983, before being named supervisor of the Labor Relations Section at Ford's Lima (0hio) Engine Plant.
 In 1986, Gross came to Dearborn, Mich., to hold several personnel and training posts in the Industrial Relations Office, before going to Markham in 1991.
