KIDS AIR THEIR LIKES 'N GRIPES ABOUT 'DEAR OL' DAD'; SURVEY

OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS REVEALS INTERESTING INSIGHTS ON FATHERHOOD!
NEW YORK, June 2 /PRNewswire/ -- High school students recently offered their opinions about father's in a "Straw Poll" conducted by Pressman Toy Corporation, manufacturers of the party game "Likes 'N Gripes." One student summed it up best by saying, "they love."
Gripes about the old man included "over protective," "getting into trouble" and "doesn't let me go out," while "strict," still topped the complaints list.
Several students left the survey section of fathers blank, others mentioned that their fathers are too tired and often don't have enough money -- a disturbing testimony to today's times. One young woman was three-time-lucky noting that, "My first father was a jerk, so was my second, but my third father is great."
"Understanding," "good advice" and "spending" time were among the top 10 likes about dads. And not surprisingly, "he gives me money" and "he buys me things" also scored high. "When he hugs and kisses my mom," was certainly the most touching response.
Likes 'N Gripes, a hilarious new game in which players score points by matching what they like -- and don't like -- about subjects ranging from dentists to mothers-in-laws, is widely available in toy stores now!
