KIDS' STREET BAN; SOCIETY.

A POLICE force is imposing a curfew on children under 16 in a tough new bid to crack down on Yob Britain.

Operation Goodnight will see officers send home those out after 9pm home. Under-10s will have an 8pm deadline.

It will apply during school summer holidays, from July 25 until September 7, in parts of Redruth, Cornwall, where letters are being sent to 700 families.

Devon and Cornwall Police said: "If the parents refuse to accept their child is ignoring the curfew, they themselves could be the subject of official parenting orders."
