 SEEKING BUYERS FOR 'WORLD'S LARGEST AUCTION,' TONIGHT
 Reporters are invited to get a first-hand look at a half a billion dollars in commercial properties presented at an evening reception tonight (Wednesday), for real estate brokers participating in the "world's largest auction" next month in Los Angeles.
 The "How to Participate" Seminar is the third of four to be held across the country to educate brokers about the more than 60 properties up for bid at the International Auction of U.S. Commercial Real Estate, Aug. 13 at the Century Plaza Hotel in Los Angeles.
 Already some 8,500 potential buyers have expressed interest in the resorts, office buildings, apartments and shopping centers located in two dozen states. Three properties from the Chicago area are scheduled to be auctioned: 350 N. La Salle, Chicago; Cress Creek Square, Naperville; and Holiday Inn & Holidome, Elgin.
 Representatives from the real estate auction firm of Kennedy- Wilson and the international real estate firm of Jones Lang Wootton will describe the auction process and answer questions about specific properties.
