KEYCORP DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND

 ALBANY, N.Y., Aug. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of KeyCorp (NYSE: KEY) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $.31 per share on its Common Stock at the directors' meeting held yesterday, Aug. 19. The dividend is payable Oct. 15, 1993, to shareholders of record Sept. 30, 1993.
 In addition, the board declared a quarterly dividend of $.625 per depository share on KeyCorp's Cumulative Preferred Stock, Series B. That dividend is payable on Sept. 30, 1993, to shareholders of record Sept. 16, 1993.
