KEY TRONIC SHAREHOLDERS APPROVE HILLER OPTION SPOKANE, Wash., May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Key Tronic Corp.
(NASDAQ-NMS: KTCC), the Spokane-based manufacturer of computer keyboards, today announced that the Hiller Key Tronic Partners option was overwhelmingly approved by the company's shareholders.
"We are pleased with the confidence our shareholders have expressed," said Stanley Hiller, the recently appointed chief executive officer of Key Tronic. On Feb. 29, the company's board of directors approved the option grant to the Hiller Key Tronic Partners, subject to shareholder approval. The special shareholders meeting for the purpose of approving the Hiller Option was held today at the company's offices in Spokane. Also approved at the shareholders meeting was the addition of 300,000 shares to the shares authorized for issuance under the company's non-qualified stock option plan. Key Tronic operates facilities in Spokane, Cheney, Wash., Dundalk, Ireland, and Hsinchu, Taiwan.
