 KERR, RUSSELL AND WEBER ANNOUNCES GROWTH PLANS
 DETROIT, Feb. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- One of Detroit's most experienced


law firms, Kerr, Russell and Weber, established in 1874, has announced promotions and additions to its professional staff as it prepares to move offices to the newly constructed One Detroit Center office building. The announcement was made today by Monte Jahnke, partner of the firm.
 "This is a significant step for Kerr, Russell and Weber," said Jahnke. "Along with demonstrating our continuing growth as one of the area's leading law firms, it also emphasizes our commitment to expanded client service and to the city of Detroit."
 The firm will occupy the entire 25th floor of One Detroit Center on Feb. 17.
 "Our move underscores the firm's determination to meet client needs effectively and cost efficiently," said Jahnke. "We closely examined several locations but decided Detroit provides us with an excellent home base."
 In advance of the physical move, the firm has made the following personnel moves:
 -- Kurt Vilders, formerly of counsel to Kerr, Russell and Weber, has been named a partner in the firm;
 -- Stephen McGraw has joined the firm as a partner;
 -- Thomas Williams has been promoted to partner from associate;
 -- James Cambridge has been promoted to partner from associate;
 -- James DeLine has joined the firm as an associate; and
 -- Eric Lark has joined the firm as an associate.
 Kerr, Russell and Weber is a full-service law firm. In addition to its Detroit office, the firm has offices in Troy and East Lansing, Mich. The firm's Michigan client roster includes The Michigan State Medical Society, North American Investments, Inc., R.E. DeMattia Company, SelectCare Inc., Shaw Electric Company and World Computer Corporation Inc.
