KENNEDY-WILSON ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF CFO

 SANTA MONICA, Calif., Jan. 29 /PRNewswire/ -- Kennedy-Wilson, Inc. (NASDAQ-NMS: KWIC), today announced that Nancy D. Celick, chief financial officer has resigned effective Jan. 31, 1993 to assume a new position.
 The company has engaged the services of Arthur Andersen & Co. in the interim until a replacement for Celick is recruited.
