KELSEY-HAYES REALIGNS MANAGEMENT FOR FAST-GROWING EUROPEAN OPERATIONS

 ROMULUS, Mich., Aug. 2 /PRNewswire/ -- Kelsey-Hayes Group today announced a realignment of its European management to reflect its rapidly expanding presence there. Aldo Fozzati has been named to the newly created position of vice president, Kelsey-Hayes Group - Europe; and James (Jim) C. Pruneski has been appointed president, Kelsey-Hayes ABS - Europe.
 Reporting to John E. Utley, chairman, Kelsey-Hayes Group, Fozzati will provide customer relations and business support for the group's growing European operations, including Worldwide ABS and Controls, Light Duty Brakes and Components, and for an affiliate company, Hayes Wheels International. He will also be responsible for strategic planning for the Kelsey-Hayes Group - Europe. Pruneski will be responsible for ABS operations in Europe, reporting to Ed Gulda, group president of the company's Worldwide ABS and Controls Group. He will also continue his existing responsibility for Pacoma, the company's hydraulic components unit. Pruneski will soon relocate to the Wiesbaden, Germany, ABS European headquarters.
