KELLY RESIGNS AS CEO OF ITT CONSUMER FINANCIAL CORPORATION

 MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Martin J. Kelly, chairman and chief executive officer of ITT Consumer Financial Corporation, today announced his resignation from the company. He plans to resume his business interests full-time in Kelly Holding Co., Inc., in Cincinnati. Kelly brought strong field operations experience to the company. Prior to returning to his other business interests, he agreed to remain while a search for his replacement was conducted. The company anticipates announcing his successor by mid-January.
 ITT Consumer Financial Corporation is a unit of ITT Corporation (NASDAQ: ITT). The company provides a range of competitive and convenient consumer finance products, including small loans, home equity loans, sales finance contracts and optional credit-related products in the United States and the Caribbean Basin.
