 KELLOGG CO. NAMES VICE PRESIDENT, RESEARCH
 BATTLE CREEK, Mich., Dec. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Kellogg Company


(NYSE: K) has promoted Donna J. Banks, Ph.D., to the position of vice president, research.
 Banks joined the company in 1983 as an associate statistician in the Chemistry and Basic Sciences Department. She was promoted to manager, product evaluation in 1984 and to manager, product evaluation and statistics in 1986. In 1987, she was promoted to director, cereal product development in the Research Department.
 Banks received bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Tennessee and a Ph.D. from Michigan State University.
