Byline: PAUL O'HEHIR

KEITH ANDREWS loved celebrating his goal against Wolves as it rubbed the boo-boys noses in it.

The Republic of Ireland international hit the net in West Brom's 5-1 derby win over his former club at the weekend.

His strike contributed to Mick McCarthy's sacking, but Andrews wasn't losing any sleep for gunning down a team he spent a decade with.

"I wasn't reluctant at all, not in the slightest," he said of celebrating the goal, right.

rating "I don't feel I owe the club anything in particular. I b "A few people have said to me Robbie Keane ee didn't celebrate when he scored against Wolves for Villa.

"Well Robbie Keane didn't get booed every time he touched the ball or get pelters when he warmed up, so it's swings and roundabouts.

"I was delighted just to get on and make my debut and I was delighted with the result."

The Dubliner hopes now to extend his shortterm Baggies contract.

"I would certainly be open to a longer deal," he said. "I enjoy being part of the team, so I am open to it and I'm sure if I keep going the way I am then the club will be as well."
