 KEITH C. MOORE, JR. TO RETIRE FROM RELIANCE ELECTRIC COMPANY
 CLEVELAND, Nov. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Reliance Electric Company (NYSE: REE) announced today that Keith C. Moore, Jr., 55, chief financial officer, has elected early retirement effective Feb. 28, 1993. Moore originally joined the company on Oct. 17, 1966 as plant controller and progressed through a number of financial and management positions before being elected chief financial officer in 1989.
 "Over the years, Keith has made extraordinary contributions to the success of Reliance Electric. He has provided crucial leadership for the company during the leveraged acquisition from Exxon and the recently completed recapitalization of the company which culminated in Reliance's return to listing on the New York Stock Exchange in May 1992," said John C. Morley, president and chief executive officer.
 Reliance also announced a series of related management changes. James Guseilo, 46, presently controller of Reliance's telecommunications segment, will be elected vice president and controller. Guseilo has been with Reliance for more than 16 years and has served in a number of key positions in the financial area, including corporate accounting manager and director of taxes. Robert L. Matejka, 50, director of accounting and control, will be elected assistant controller with additional responsibility for the company's external financial reporting obligations. Matejka has been with Reliance for 19 years. John D. Hutson, 60, treasurer, will be elected vice president and treasurer. Hutson has been with Reliance for more than 36 years and has held the position of treasurer since February 1992. It is expected that the board of directors of Reliance will make these elections effective March 1, 1993.
 Reliance Electric Company, headquartered in Cleveland, designs, manufactures, sells, and services a broad range of industrial and telecommunications equipment. Reliance operates 48 manufacturing plants worldwide, in nine countries, and employs approximately 14,000 people.
