KATHLEEN M. LUCAS NAMED VICE PRESIDENT - CERTIFICATION AND COMPLIANCE AT IN HOME HEALTH

 MINNETONKA, Minn., Sept. 30 /PRNewswire/ -- Kathleen M. Lucas, RN, MS, has been named vice president - Certification and Compliance at In Home Health, Inc. (NASDAQ: IHHI), effective immediately, it was announced by Judy M. Figge, president and chief executive officer of the home health care company.
 "Ms. Lucas will be responsible for assuring that all our locations are in compliance with federal regulations and various state licensing agencies," Figge said. "She will also manage the Medical Review department which conducts audits and monitors internal compliance for adherence to company policies and procedures. In addition, Ms. Lucas will develop and participate in branch training programs dealing with maintaining licensure, policies and procedures, and conformance with coverage criteria for Medicare."
 "The Medicare portion of our business has grown significantly this fiscal year and requires constant monitoring to assure compliance with the various federal and state agencies," Figge said.
 Lucas joined In Home Health as the director of Certification and Compliance in November 1992. She received bachelor of science and master of science degrees from the University of Minnesota. She has over 15 years of home care nursing and administrative experience, most recently with a local home care company.
