K2 Design Appoints Two Directors.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 28, 1999--

K2 Design, Inc. (NASDAQ: KTWO, KTWOW), the full-service interactive agency specializing in the development of online businesses, communications and marketing strategies, has appointed P. Scott Munro of Savoir Technology Group, Inc. and David Sklaver of Artustry Partnership, to the K2 Design Board of Directors. The announcement was made today by Matthew G. de Ganon, executive chairman of K2 Design.

F. Scott Munro is chairman and CEO of Savoir Technology Group, Inc. (SVTG), a leading distributor and integrator of computer systems, software, storage and services. Munro brings to the K2 Board his expertise in the area of mergers and acquisitions and in assimilating companies into a parent company with particular emphasis in the mid-range server market. In the last 5 years, as chairman and CEO of SVTG, Munro created a relationship with IBM that ranks with their largest partners in the world.

David Sklaver is a general partner, founder and CEO of Artustry Partnership, a strategic and creative marketing company. Sklaver will bring to the K2 Board his understanding of enhancing revenue growth by providing greater value to agency clients. Prior to founding Artustry Partnership, Sklaver was president of Wells Rich Greene BDDP, an advertising agency handling Fortune 500 clients. Sklaver was also executive vice president of the DDB Needham agency in New York. During his tenure at DDB Needham, Sklaver also served as managing director of the company's Sydney, Australia, office. Earlier in his career, Sklaver held various positions at Foote, Cone & Belding Advertising.
